A heavily hammered sterling silver "coin" with a central hole spins within a large arched bail of 18K yellow gold channel set with 9 faceted graduated diamonds, then suspended on an 18" 18K rose gold chain with a loop at 16" for more petite necks.

Pendant measures 3/4" in length, coin is 1/2" wide.
