Wrought Iron Star of David Modular Seder Plate

An ancient symbol re-imagined for the modern age.

The seder plate is the literal centerpiece of the traditional Passover meal, taking center stage on the table to display the key elements of the ceremonial meal. Handmade wrought iron is carefully forged to create this beautiful  plate so that the focus is on the food - but you and your guests will surely appreciate the perfect design sense to the plate as well.

Six separate wrought iron trays have incised Hebrew descriptors to identify what item goes on the tray. A brushed stainless steel plate rests within a cut out to securely hold the food, making for easy serving, passing and clean up. Each tray is raised off the table with three sturdy legs, making the design very functional. When fully assembled, the negative space at the center (perfect for Elijah’s Cup) creates a Star of David.

Unlike sterling silver, wrought iron requires no cleaning. Either leave it to age gracefully over time or go over it with WD40 then a dry paper towel to wipe away any excess, once per year.

Fully assembled plate measures 12.25" in diameter by 1.25” high. Individual trays measure 6” at the widest point by 5” from the interior to the perimeter, cups measure 3.25" in diameter and the plate weighs 3.75lbs.
